By accessing or buying from aanimegift.com, you agree to these Terms.

1) Store model

Products are made to order through a third-party U.S. production & shipping partner. Minor variations in color or sizing may occur due to print processes and screen/material differences.

2) Accounts & accuracy

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your information (including shipping address and size selections) and for securing your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3) Pricing, taxes, duties

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on destination. For any shipments outside the U.S. (if enabled), import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

4) Intellectual property

All artwork, product images, designs, and content on the site are owned by or licensed to aanimegift.com. You may not use, copy, or resell without written permission.

5) Returns, replacements, and defects

Because items are produced on demand:

• Change-of-mind or wrong size ordered: not eligible for returns/refunds.

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: contact info@aanimegift.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we will replace or refund as appropriate.

• Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery may require additional shipping and reprint fees.

6) Cancellations

You may request cancellation before an order enters production. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

7) Payments & fraud

We accept major cards and digital wallets via a secure third-party gateway. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

8) Shipping & risk of loss

See “Shipping & Payment Terms” below for details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

9) California Proposition 65

Where applicable, products will display required warnings. By purchasing, you acknowledge that warnings (if any) have been provided.

10) Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, weather, labor shortages, peak seasons).

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and U.S. federal law. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in California.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
