This Privacy Policy explains how aanimegift.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit or purchase from our website and online services in the United States.

We operate as an online store for print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Orders are manufactured and shipped by a U.S. production & logistics partner. Payments are processed by a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not publicly operate a retail location.

1) Information we collect

A. You provide to us

  • Identity & contact: first/last name, email, phone (optional), billing and shipping addresses.

  • Account details: login credentials if you create an account.

  • Order details: items, sizes, customization notes, gift messages.

  • User content: product reviews, support messages, any artwork/files you upload for printing (if applicable).

B. Collected automatically

  • Device & usage: IP address, device/browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time on site, referring/exit pages, general location derived from IP.

  • Cookies/trackers: identifiers that keep your cart/account working and help us improve performance and (if enabled) measure advertising.

C. From third parties
Payment gateway responses (e.g., payment token/authorization outcome, fraud signals) and shipping/carrier status updates.

2) How we use information

  • To fulfill your order (manufacture, pack, ship, and provide tracking).

  • To communicate with you about orders, delivery, and customer support.

  • To process payments and prevent fraud.

  • Production & Shipping Partner. We share only the data necessary to manufacture and deliver your order: full name, shipping address, email/phone (for delivery updates where needed), line-item details (size, color, design), and any artwork/files you upload. The partner uses this information solely to fulfill, pack, ship, and provide tracking for your order.

  • Payments. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party gateway. We do not store full card numbers. We may share billing details, payment tokens, and device/connection data (e.g., IP address, browser, fraud signals) with the gateway and card networks to process payments, prevent fraud, and handle chargebacks or disputes.

  • Service providers. Hosting, analytics, email/CRM, error monitoring, and similar vendors that support our operations.

  • Disclosures for legal reasons. To comply with law, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Cookies & similar technologies

We use:

  • Essential cookies (cart, checkout, login, security).

  • Analytics cookies to improve performance and usability.

  • Advertising cookies (only if enabled) to measure or personalize ads.

5) Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law:

  • Order & invoice records: typically up to 7 years (tax/accounting/legal).

  • Server logs & security data: typically ~90 days.

  • Support messages & reviews: for as long as necessary to manage the relationship.

  • Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.

  • Uploaded artwork/files: for the duration needed to fulfill your order and address quality or delivery issues and disputes.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Your choices & rights

  • Access/Correction/Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limitations.

  • Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the message or by contacting us.

  • Cookie controls: Manage non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie banner (when available).

8) California privacy disclosures (CCPA/CPRA)

We collect the following categories of personal information for the purposes listed in Sections 2–3 above:

  • Commercial information: order history, items, totals.

  • Internet activity: site usage (pages, cookies, device data).

  • Geolocation (approximate): derived from IP for fraud/security and shipping estimates.

  • Inferences: we generally do not create sensitive inferences.

We do not sell personal information. If we ever “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can opt out via the cookie banner’s preferences and/or by emailing info@aanimegift.com. We honor authorized agent requests consistent with California law.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate online and fulfill from the United States. If you access our services from another country, your data will be processed in the U.S. and any other locations necessary to provide the service.

11) “Do Not Track”

We currently do not respond to browser DNT signals.
